you all deserve someone who isn’t embarrassed to love you and tells all their friends about you and saves your selfies, whether they’re good or bad to look at when they miss you and loses sleep to talk to you and tells you how much they love you all the time and i really hope all of you find that one day because you all deserved to be so loved

     He told me he was just a good guy and too ordinary to be featured on the website, but that he would be happy to show me where I could find more interesting people. And so he did—he spent twenty minutes giving me a detailed description of Bethlehem as well as some helpful tips and advice for getting around. I asked him if he was always so nice to strangers. “Well,” he said. “I like to do stuff for people. If someone needs a ride somewhere and offers me money, I tell them, ‘You keep the money and next time you help someone out, don’t accept the money, either.” As we were shaking hands and saying goodbye, he said, “How old do you think I am?”     “Fifty?”     “Sixty-six.”
